OPTECH-RI-IV Spindle Runout Digital Indicator

OPTECH-RI-IV is a non-contact type, optical spindle run-out indicator. Compact design and dry battery, offer easy handling and operation. Measures spindle run-out by using a gauge pin inserted into the spindle collect, compatible with all spindle types from the low-speed up to 300,000 r.p.m.

Can be used for spindle maintenance and Q.A. process control.

OPTECH-M Optical Measuring Instrument

The OPTECH-M is non-contact, high precision optical measuring instrument. The OPTECH-M prevents chipping as found conventional contact measurement. The OPTECH-MA can measure cutting tools with even or odd flutes. Last found on router and drill bits. Additionally, there is the option to specify metric or inch measurment.

PV-CHECKER  Pressure and vacuum checker

As our measuring device we introduce the PV_CHECKER which measures pressure and vacuum forces of the pressure-foot in order to check the drilling condition of the machine used in the PCB industry. This instrument can also check the busing flatness with a measurement pressure file.

DS-1 Digital Passameter

This is a very high precision digital micrometer. The spindle is mounted on a precise glass scale. which in mounted an SF class linear motion guide.

To operate, place the work on the work rest, simply push a lever close the anvil. It is then possible to indicated the fixed measured value on the indicator.
